How to use the comparison
Pick two or three west-shore communities to see them side by side. Every field uses plain language rather than scores. When we have not confirmed something against recorded documents or an official source, the cell says Not verified. When the answer depends on the individual lot, it says Property-specific. Neither label is a criticism of a community. They tell you what to ask next.
Start with the lake relationship row. Westport and Sailview both include waterfront and interior homes, so the name alone tells you little about a given address. The estate communities, Governors Island, Norman Estates, and Webbs Chapel Cove, have their own shoreline questions about frontage, water depth, and dock permits. Catawba Springs appears as a township and historical name rather than a single subdivision.
